
I used Brandy instead bourbon.
Brandied/Bourbon Carrots
Ingredients:
baby carrots for 8-10 people
1/4 cup brandy or bourbon
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup butter
Instructions:
Saute all together until tender crisp.
